Esarunoto CBO is built on a participatory structure that ensures community voices guide our decisions, and every program reflects real needs on the ground. Our governance model balances strong leadership with inclusive community engagement.

Provides strategic oversight, policy direction, and ensures transparency and accountability. Members include respected community leaders, women advocates, and education champions.

Led by the Executive Director, this team manages daily operations, supervises staff, and ensures the implementation of Esarunoto’s mission and vision.

This dynamic team delivers services, mobilizes communities, and works directly with girls, youth, and women across all focus areas.

Made up of local elders, youth reps, teachers, and women leaders, these committees offer feedback, guide cultural relevance, and keep us rooted in community realities.
